Better Business Experience
We have developed a program that enables both new and existing businesses to capitalise on their full potential by developing best business practices. As each individual has varying degrees of business expertise, the Better Business Experience helps clinics move forward to be successful and achieve ongoing results in today’s rapidly changing market.
With the support of an experienced C8 Mentor, clinics are able to recognise inner strengths and grow with the business. The C8 Mentor carefully considers expenditure, takes the time to analyse statistics, works from detailed budgets and ensures clinics maximise their full potential.
The Better Business Experience comprises of three modules. They can be completed as a full program or alternatively, modules can be individually undertaken.
- Marketing & Advertising – Module one looks at advertising, marketing, referral programs, interview techniques, developing a successful small business, client focus, time management, Profit & Loss and mission statements.
- Consultation & Customer Service – The second module looks at consultations, developing a consultation book, developing both internal & external relationships, outsourcing business, nutritional advice, compiling packages and pricing.
- Company Handbook – Module three looks at the Company Handbook, all Health & Safety issues, Code of Conduct and work ethic. This module also provides information about staff procedures including salary and Human Resource Forms.
